Position Overview:
We are looking for our first QA engineer โ a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable person who wants to build a culture of quality from the ground up. The successful candidate will work across all company projects: international client apps (React Native/Flutter), mobile (and web), and our own products. The QA Engineer will play a critical role in establishing a structured testing process, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mobile applications, and supporting the team's development efforts.
The projects:
Our clients are transforming their industries with innovative solutions that optimize daily operations, enhance transparency, and drive growth. We build React Native mobile applications for international clients in fintech, social impact, logistics, etc., and we're expanding our own suite of tools to streamline every aspect of business operations.
Required Hard Skills:
- Understanding of software quality assurance fundamentals, test planning, and execution.
- Experience (or strong self-learning background) in manual testing of mobile applications, including user interface testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in executing functional, regression, and integration tests to ensure the application's stability and reliability.
- Ability to design and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Familiarity with testing APIs and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Strong skills in using defect tracking tools like Jira or Linear for logging, tracking, and managing bugs.
- Willingness to learn and implement automation testing (Detox, Maestro, Cypress) โ this is a must for your growth path with us.
Attention to detail that borders on obsession.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Figma โ comparing design mockups with actual implementation.
- Experience with version control systems like Git for managing test scripts and collaborating with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly gain an in-depth understanding of the project to contribute effectively and efficiently, ensuring a smooth testing process.
- Establishing a structured and efficient testing cycle that improves product quality without slowing down development.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with product requirements and user scenarios to ensure all features are thoroughly tested.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of mobile applications (iOS + Android) and web panels, focusing on functionality, usability, and integration with third-party systems.
- Test APIs via Postman to verify data flow between frontend and backend.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues clearly and accurately, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand the product and its requirements, identify, document, and resolve bugs and issues.
Gradually build the QA process from zero: testing strategy, regression suites, and release checklists. We're not expecting the best QA process on day one, but happy to build one together.
