Art Director

We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to define and drive the visual identity of our slot games. You’ll lead a talented team of artists, set creative standards, and ensure our games are not only beautiful but visually distinctive and aligned with the studio’s vision.

 🧩 What you’ll do

• Define and maintain the overall visual direction for our slot portfolio — from concept to release;
• Lead the creation of high-quality game art, ensuring consistency, originality, and a signature visual style across all titles;
• Collaborate with Producers and Mathematicians to translate creative concepts into visually outstanding slot experiences;
• Build and maintain art documentation, moodboards, and style guides across multiple projects;
• Review the team’s work and provide constructive, actionable feedback — balancing creativity and production needs;
• Establish and refine the art production pipeline, workflows, and quality benchmarks;
• Mentor and grow the art team — guiding development, identifying strengths, and fostering a culture of artistic excellence;
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and integration of new artists into the team.

 🧠 What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in art leadership roles within iGaming or slot development;
• A strong portfolio showcasing mastery in game art, composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling;
• Proven experience defining and delivering visual direction for multiple released titles;
• Deep understanding of slot game production pipelines — from concept to final integration;
• Ability to mentor and lead artists across 2D, 3D, animation, and VFX;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to clearly articulate creative vision;
• English level: B2 or higher.

• Familiarity with production tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.);
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles in slot games.
