Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team working on an advanced AI-powered product for software developers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern technologies, is curious about AI, and is ready to take ownership of quality across the product.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain test automation infrastructure from scratch
• Ensure product quality across both automated and manual testing
• Take full ownership of QA processes as the sole QA engineer
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product stability and performance
• Contribute to testing AI-driven features and workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Experience building automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA processes
• Willingness to combine automation with manual testing when needed
• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with Github
• Familiarity with AI tools for development (e.g. code assistants) or willingness to actively use them in daily work

Nice to Have

• Understanding of frontend frameworks
• Experience testing AI/LLM-based systems
• Experience with Typescript
