Full Stack Engineer (AI and Web3 Infrastructure) $$$$

We seek a person for a London-based startup sitting at the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence and Decentralized Technology. We are building the infrastructure that enables AI models to operate securely and trustlessly within Web3 ecosystems.

We aren't just looking for someone to "write code"—we need a foundational engineer to take end-to-end ownership of complex problems, shape our technical architecture, and influence the direction of a product that is defining a new category in the tech stack.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will operate across our entire ecosystem. You will be responsible for building production-grade systems that bridge the gap between high-performance AI environments and blockchain protocols. We value "it factor" candidates who bring both technical mastery and a product-first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience shipping production-ready systems, ideally at the rapid pace of a startup or scale-up environment.
• Technical Core: Deep proficiency in Python and TypeScript is essential.
• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience (or significant projects) in:
  • Web3 Applications: Understanding of decentralized architecture.
  • Security-Sensitive Systems: Building with a "security-first" mentality.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with deployment pipelines and scaling.
• The "Why" Factor: You possess a product and systems-thinking attitude. You don’t just ask "How do we build this?" but "Why are we building this, and is it the right thing for the user?"
• London-Based: You are currently based in (or willing to relocate to) London and enjoy the energy of an in-office culture.
