We are looking for a Middle Manual QA to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our platform helps influencers monetize their content through subscriptions, messaging, and digital interactions. As we continue to grow, we are focused on maintaining high product quality and delivering a seamless user experience.

You will play a key role in ensuring product stability, catching issues early, and supporting the development team with structured and reliable testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes (based on tickets/user stories)
• Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
• Ensure proper test coverage across features
• Conduct regression testing before releases
• Perform smoke testing after deployments
• Execute end-to-end (E2E) testing of core user flows
• Work with API testing (e.g., Postman or similar tools)
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
• Participate in release validation and staging verification
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and product quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual QA testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with:
  • Test case creation & test documentation
  • Bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, etc.)
  • API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Client-server architecture
  • HTTP/REST APIs
  • Web and mobile application testing
• Experience with:
  • Regression & smoke testing
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify edge cases
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automation testing (we support and encourage this)
• Understanding of SQL for basic data validation
• Experience with performance or load testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing subscription-based products
