QA Automation Engineer (AI-Driven Testing) $$$$

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive QA Automation Engineer with a strong interest in modern AI technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in fast-moving environments, can operate with limited initial specifications, and is eager to leverage AI tools (LLMs and agents) to enhance testing processes.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions
• Contribute to and define test strategies and QA processes
• Use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate QA activities such as:
  • Test design
  • Test script generation
  • Requirements analysis
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Work effectively in early-stage environments with evolving requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (LLMs/agents) in QA workflows
• Strong understanding of how to apply agentic capabilities within testing processes
• Solid background in test automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Ability to work independently without detailed specifications in the initial phase
• Strong initiative and proactive, clear synchronous communication

Nice to Have

• Experience defining or improving test strategies
• Understanding of standard enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• General familiarity with AI agent platforms or agent-based systems
