Sales / Business Development Manager (B2B, Partnerships) $

Product-focused studio is looking for a hands-on Sales / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and close B2B deals.

This role is focused on execution β€” outbound, calls, negotiations, and closing deals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with existing clients
  • Generate new B2B opportunities (outbound + inbound)
  • Build and develop partnerships
  • Lead client calls and negotiations
  • Close deals end-to-end
  • Work with leads (warm + cold)

 

Requirements

  • English: B2+
  • Proven B2B sales / business development experience
  • Strong outbound experience (cold outreach, lead generation)
  • Experience in IT services or product environment
  • Hands-on approach (not Ρ‚ΠΎΠ»ΡŒΠΊΠΎ management)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and attend offline events
