Senior Technical SEO Architect / Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js та Python) $$$

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Architect to build a Programmatic SEO (pSEO) engine from scratch. Your goal is to transform our growing supply-side database into a zero-marginal-cost demand generation engine. You will architect a system that automatically generates tens of thousands of hyper-local, high-intent landing pages (e.g., "emergency plumber in Brighton") at scale, without sacrificing quality or risking algorithmic penalties.

If your approach to SEO is installing WordPress plugins, buying backlinks, or writing meta tags, this is NOT the role for you. We are looking for an engineer who thinks in systems, automation, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the Frontend Sync: Build and deploy a scalable Next.js (App Router) frontend. You will engineer an On-Demand Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) architecture triggered by Python webhooks to ensure our SEO pages update in real-time when a professional registers or gets a new review, without rebuilding the entire site.
• Manage Crawl Budget at Scale: Design and implement dynamic, chunked XML sitemaps capable of handling 100,000+ URLs efficiently to ensure Googlebot crawls and indexes our content seamlessly.
• Programmatic Internal Linking: Leverage PostgreSQL and PostGIS (ST_DWithin) to create intelligent, automated spatial internal linking structures (e.g., "Nearby Service Areas") that distribute PageRank and prevent orphan pages.
• Schema & E-E-A-T Engineering: Inject dynamic JSON-LD structured data (LocalBusiness, aggregateRating, hasCredential) into our templates using real UGC and verification statuses to build algorithmic trust and avoid "Thin Content" penalties.
• Log Analysis & Performance: Monitor Core Web Vitals, server logs, and indexation rates to continuously optimize rendering speeds and crawler efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Full-Stack Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Next.js (React Server Components, SSR, ISR) and Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Database Mastery: Strong proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and spatial queries (PostGIS).
• Technical SEO Authority: Proven experience managing sites with 50,000+ pages. You understand how Google renders JavaScript, how to optimize crawl budgets, and how to build programmatic architectures that comply with Google's Spam and Helpful Content policies.
• Analytical Mindset: You measure success not just in traffic, but in conversion rates, indexation coverage, and LTV:CAC ratios.

What We Don't Want

• No reliance on the Google Indexing API for standard web pages.
• No "AI content spinners" or doorway page tactics. We build on real UGC.
• No generic SEO agency backgrounds without hands-on coding experience.
