What we are looking for: 

• Strong understanding of OOP, FP, and RX
• Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
• 5+ years shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU)
• Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Fluent English, proactive communication
• Experience leading code reviews and mentoring developers
• Pragmatic over perfect - you avoid over-engineering and ship incremental wins fast
• Quality guardian - you prioritize testability and clean code over quick hacks
• Radically transparent - you openly share plans, blockers and progress, with no surprises

• Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) - you confidently challenge ideas with data and clear logic, and once a direction is chosen, take ownership and deliver end-to-end

   

A big plus if you have:

• Background in native iOS and/or Android development
• AB tests and feature flags experience
• Product-thinking
• Architectural experience
• Backend experience

• AI awareness

   

You will be responsible for:

• Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end
• Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices
• Integrating mobile apps with web services
• Conducting code reviews

• Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process
