About Lidgen

Lidgen (lidgen.io) is a fast-moving Sales Tech startup building cold outreach and lead generation infrastructure for B2B companies. We operate in the B2B lead generation and cold outreach space, building infrastructure used by sales teams to run outbound campaigns at scale. We move fast, we build smart, and we hold ourselves to a high standard. You'll work directly with the founder with real ownership and real impact on a product actively used by clients.

The Role

We need a senior full-stack engineer who can own the technical side of the company end to end — not just write code, but make proper tech decisions, manage infrastructure, and build internal automation that keeps operations running smoothly.

You'll start by blending into the existing setup, then progressively take full ownership of everything technical — with the goal of becoming the sole technical lead at Lidgen.

This isn't a ticket-execution job. We need someone with judgment, not just execution speed.

What You'll Own

• Full-stack codebase — features, architecture, code quality
• Database and auth layer — schema design, performance, security
• Cloud infrastructure — deployments, VM management, monitoring
• Automation workflows — lead enrichment, outreach launches, internal ops
• Internal tooling — AI-powered tools that reduce manual work
• API integrations — our GTM tool ecosystem

Core Tech Stack

• Next.js 16, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
• Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• n8n running on Docker (GCP VM)
• GitHub + GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
• Claude Code in VSCode for AI-assisted development
• Slack for daily communication (Israel business hours, UTC+3 — same timezone as Ukraine)

Requirements

Must Have

• 3–4+ years with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with TailwindCSS
• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL
• Comfortable owning cloud infrastructure (GCP or similar)
• Strong API integration experience
• Available during Israel business hours (IST / UTC+3) on Slack
• Able to make independent technical decisions without hand-holding
• Professional English communication

Good to Have

• Experience with n8n, Make, or similar automation tools
• Familiarity with cold outreach platforms: Smartlead, Instantly, Clay
• Docker and containerized deployment experience
• Experience building internal back-office tooling
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)

Compensation

Starting: $1,500/month for the first month (trial period)

Growth path: $2,000–$2,500/month upon successful completion of the trial. As you take on full technical ownership and replace the need for additional part-time developers, compensation grows accordingly.

This is a real long-term role with real upside — not a short-term contract.
