We are looking for a strong Team Lead Android (IGaming) who is ready not just to manage a team, but to build processes, scale products, and implement modern technologies.

🔥 Responsibilities:

— Lead and manage the Android development team (IGaming)

— Build and optimize development and release processes

— Implement AI solutions into products and workflows

— Generate and optimize web funnels

— Ensure quality, stability, and integrations

— Influence product lifecycle and scaling

🎯 Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in Android IGaming (with proven cases)

— 1+ year of team management experience

— Strong understanding of IGaming specifics in Google Play

— Strong knowledge of:

Kotlin / React Native / Unity / Flutter

— Experience with:

Appsflyer, GitHub, GitLab, Pastebin, Figma

— Soft skills:

multitasking, prioritization, analytical thinking, attention to detail
