Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, AI/LLM) $$$$

I'm looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can both build and lead — someone who drives technical decisions, writes production-grade code, and helps a team deliver scalable, high-quality systems.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, guiding engineers, and working closely with product and data teams to turn complex ideas into reliable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-heavy, cloud-native environments and has experience with AI-driven systems and modern backend architecture.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap
• Lead a team of engineers: code reviews, mentoring, technical guidance
• Design and build scalable microservices, APIs, and user-facing components
• Work across the full lifecycle: design → development → deployment → maintenance
• Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliver real outcomes
• Integrate and scale AI/LLM-based components (e.g. Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini)
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and system reliability
• Improve performance, security, and observability across the platform
• Contribute to product direction and identify technical opportunities
  
   

🛠️ Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role
• Strong experience with distributed systems / data-intensive platforms
• Hands-on with:
  • Python
  • Microservices architecture
  • React (or modern frontend frameworks)
  • Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Experience building and scaling LLM-based systems, including:
  • RAG pipelines
  • Long-running workflows
  • Conversation memory
• Familiarity with:
  • AI evaluation & output validation
  • Observability tools (e.g. Langfuse, LangSmith)
  • Cost optimization for LLM usage
• Strong understanding of:
  • Scalability, performance, reliability
  • CI/CD, automated testing, TDD/BDD
• Proven ability to lead teams in agile environments
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

• Experience with OCR, NLP, or document processing systems
• Background in fintech or regulated industries
• Knowledge of DDD, event-driven architecture, C4 modeling
