Trainee Full Stack Developer $

ORIL is looking for motivated and proactive Trainee Full Stack Developers to join a 2-month internship program.

We are opening a specialized internship program for motivated, early-career developers. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between "pet projects" and commercial software development by building a PropTech product in a collaborative team environment, and potentially earn a full-time Junior offer.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Clear interest and readiness to develop as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong foundational knowledge of frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and component-based architecture
• Practical experience with React or Node.js (can be through educational, pet-projects, or open-source contributions)
• Solid understanding of Front-end and Back-end fundamentals and modern web development principles
• Understanding of Back-end basics: APIs, client-server interaction, HTTP methods, and data flow
• Basic experience working with REST APIs and understanding of how to connect frontend with backend
• Have a link to a GitHub/GitLab portfolio with examples of code
• English level B1+ (Intermediate) or higher, with the ability to read technical documentation and participate in team discussions
• High motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of learning tasks
• Ability to work with feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve

Nice to have:

• Completed specialized IT or software development courses
• Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a team of 2 to develop a shared PropTech MVP from scratch based on provided mockups.
• Gain domain-specific knowledge in PropTech and apply it to the product implementation.
• Propose and implement additional features, including at least one AI-related feature.
• Participate in weekly syncs, code reviews, and structured feedback sessions with mentors.
• Manage task distribution and project milestones independently within your team.
• Follow established development processes and apply coding standards used by the company.
