🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join multiple long-term eCommerce projects. You will focus on testing web applications and websites, ensuring high product quality across various environments.

This role involves collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams and participation in different stages of the product lifecycle — from new feature development to maintaining live systems.

🛒 About the Projects

• Multiple ongoing eCommerce projects, including multi-store environments
• Work closely with several development teams across the organization
• Continuous involvement in:
  • Feature development
  • Enhancements
  • Maintenance and scaling of existing solutions

🔍 Responsibilities

• Perform final validation of completed tasks before client approval or production release
• Identify defects, conduct regression testing, and coordinate fixes across teams
• Execute regular smoke and regression testing after frequent releases (several times per week)
• Ensure system stability and functional accuracy in production environments
• Create and maintain QA documentation (bug reports, checklists, internal guides)
• Participate in daily stand-ups and team syncs, ensuring clear communication and alignment

✅ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in Manual QA (Middle+ level)
• Strong hands-on experience with Magento and Shopify (must-have)
• Deep understanding of key eCommerce flows:
  • Catalog browsing
  • Checkout and payments
  • User accounts
  • Promotions and discounts
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies:
  • Regression
  • Smoke
  • Exploratory testing
• Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+)
• Ability to work with overlap in EST time zone
• Strong self-organization and reliability in a part-time setup
