The product is already live, with Italy as the core market 

 

We’re looking for a Head of Supply & Partner Success (Italy) β€” a key role responsible for developing and scaling the supply side of the business.

 

Location: Italy (focus on North & Central regions), Remote
Full-time | High external communication

 

Responsibilities:

 

Supply & Partner Network

  • Develop and scale a network of premium & luxury car suppliers
  • Activate existing TRA partners
  • Source and onboard new partners via outbound outreach
  • Lead negotiations with key suppliers
  • Define commercial terms (pricing, commissions, deposits, policies)
  • Secure competitive conditions for BillionRent

Partner Success & Activation

  • Bring partners to full operational readiness
  • Ensure correct inventory, pricing, and availability
  • Monitor partner responsiveness & SLA
  • Support partners through first deals
  • Maintain supply quality post-launch

Coverage Management

  • Identify and close supply gaps across cities & categories
  • Optimize pricing and conditions across supply
  • Prioritize brands, locations, and categories based on demand

Team Management

  • Lead a small B2B support / acquisition team
  • Manage pipeline and execution quality
  • Set clear priorities and enforce discipline
  • Be stronger than the team in negotiations & decisions

Analytics & Control

  • Run supply pipeline reviews
  • Track partner activity and performance
  • Maintain transparency on partner status
  • Escalate and resolve supply issues

     

Requirements

  • Near-native / fluent Italian
  • Strong English
  • Proven B2B negotiation experience
  • Ability to push for strong commercial terms
  • High ownership mindset
  • Experience managing teams
  • Hands-on approach (not just strategic)

 

 Nice to Have

  • Experience in Italy market
  • Marketplace / aggregator experience
  • Background in:
    • luxury mobility
    • car rental
    • automotive
    • travel / concierge
  • Understanding of premium customer expectations

     

Not a Fit If

  • You are purely an account manager
  • You lack strong negotiation skills
  • You wait for processes instead of building them
  • You maintain relationships but don’t close deals
