BillionRent is a fast-growing luxury car rental marketplace in Europe. We are building a product that allows clients to book premium cars with:

• guaranteed availability
• fixed pricing
• exact car selection
• fast and seamless booking

The product is already live, with Italy as our core market — and now we are scaling.

We are looking for a Supply & Partnerships Lead (Italy) — a key role responsible for developing and scaling the supply side of the business.

You will own the partner network in Italy: build it, grow it, and make it commercially effective. Your work will directly impact revenue, availability, and the overall success of the product.

What you will do

Build & scale supply

• Develop and expand a network of premium and luxury car partners
• Activate existing partners and onboard new ones
• Identify key cities, categories, and growth opportunities

Drive partnerships & negotiations

• Lead negotiations with partners and define commercial terms
• Build strong, long-term relationships
• Ensure competitive pricing and high-quality supply

Partner success & operations

• Bring partners to full operational readiness
• Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and availability
• Support partners through initial deals and early stages

Manage performance

• Monitor partner performance and engagement
• Identify gaps and improve coverage across cities
• Optimize supply structure based on demand

Lead and improve execution

• Manage a small B2B team (or build it over time)
• Set priorities, drive execution, and maintain transparency

What we are looking for

• Fluent Italian (must-have)
• English B2+ (for international communication)
• Experience in B2B, partnerships, sales, or business development
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
• Ability to take ownership and drive results
• Experience managing people or leading processes
• Hands-on approach — comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Background in mobility, automotive, travel, or luxury segments
