Sales Manager $$$
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries (iGaming, gambling, crypto).
This role is focused on B2B sales, working directly with merchants, and managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to onboarding and long-term partnership development.
Key responsibilities:
• Actively attract and onboard new merchants across Europe
• Manage negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers
• Drive full-cycle sales (from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales within fintech / payments / high-risk
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure (PSP, processing, etc.)
• Experience working with merchants in high-risk verticals
• Established network of industry contacts will be a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
• Fluent English (C1–C2)
