BizDev (iGaming Network) $$

Looking for a BizDev to join an iGaming affiliate network (media buying team launching a new network from scratch).

Responsibilities:
• Attract and onboard new partners (webmasters / teams)
• Scale traffic volume and quality
• Manage negotiations and build long-term partnerships
• Analyze performance, identify growth points
• Attend international conferences

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in affiliate network / BizDev
• Strong understanding of traffic and optimization
• Knowledge of CPA / CPL / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee models
• Experience with different GEOs
• Strong negotiation skills
• Own network of partners / advertisers is a big plus
• English — at least B1+
