Middle Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript / Node.js / React / React Native) to $3000

We are looking for two Middle+ Full-Stack Engineers to join a European fintech organization operating in the accounting and banking sector. This role requires strong technical depth across the full stack, combined with excellent English communication skills and strong soft skills for effective collaboration in a distributed environment.

You will work on secure, scalable financial systems where reliability, performance, and data integrity are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript - MUST

Build and enhance frontend applications using React and React Native - MUST

Design and implement microservices-based systems - MUST

Contribute to event-driven architectures - MUST 

Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) to ensure scalability and resilience 

Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams 

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making 

Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards appropriate for financial systems

Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (Middle+ or Senior level) 

Strong understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems 

Experience building production-grade applications in financial or regulated environments is a strong plus 

Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns 

Experience working with cloud-native environments 

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) 

Excellent collaboration skills and ownership mindset 

Experience in accounting, banking, fintech, or payment systems 

Knowledge of security best practices for financial applications 

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
