Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) $$$$

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) to join a project - a clinical trial technology platform. It’s designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and contribute to architectural decisions in a distributed, cloud-based environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with .NET Core / C# - at least 5 years
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs design and development
• Experience with SQL / Relational Databases
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core and C#
• Build and evolve scalable microservices within a distributed architecture
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA specialists
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services
• Implement event-driven solutions and asynchronous communication patterns
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services
• Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployment workflows

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Experience with clinical trials or clinical research platforms
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare environments
