Job Description:

Required:

• Good knowledge of testing theory, understanding of main testing artifacts
• At least an intermediate English level
• Basic understanding of principals of modern software development 

• Investigative, curious, meticulous, eager to learn

   

Preferred:

• SQL and API testing knowledge
• Basic understanding of web and client-server architecture

• Basic understanding of the concept of CRM systems

   

Job Responsibilities

• Actively participate in team grooming & planning sessions
• Generate & execute test cases, analyse & report results
• Evaluate product according to specifications
• Create & update product documentation
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Conduct sprint demo sessions
• Collaborate with Manual QA and AQA to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Participate in QA activities planning during each release cycle

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

   

Department/Project Description

Product & team

The team this position in open in develops a custom Marketing platform for the carwash industry, which is a part of a larger all-in-one software and hardware card wash ecosystem. In total, there are 100+ people working on it from the GL side. We are responsible for the full cycle of product development, from the identification of new requirements to the release and support of the platform. 
 

Approach

SCRUM-based approach in a high-level SAFe environment. A fully independent team that includes all required roles: PM, PO, MQA, AQA, performance testing, developers, release management, support, and DevOps engineers.

2-week sprints with classic SCRUM ceremonies; releases every 2 sprints after, and an established regression cycle.
