Senior React Software Engineer $$$$

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in React development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, or similar.
• Proven experience managing builds and releases for web apps.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong comunication skills
• Upper/intermediate English level (writen and spoken)
• Working time: till 10:00 PM UA time

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain applications using React for web apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps) throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code using best practices in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Manage state using modern tools like Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
• Implement responsive UIs, custom components, and animations.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across platforms.
• Set up and maintain build and release pipelines for web apps.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Continuously optimize app performance, security, and user experience.

Department/Project Description

Our client is a performance rights organization in the United States. It collects blanket license fees from businesses that use music, entitling those businesses to play or sync any songs from the client's repertoire of over 22.4 million musical works. On a regular basis, the client distributes the money to songwriters, composers, and music publishers as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.
