Tech Lead Full Stack (C#/.NET + React)
Binariks is looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack (C#/.NET + React) to join a project for our client, a leading global contract research organization (CRO) that supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in the development of new therapies. It provides comprehensive clinical trial services, from early-phase development to post-approval studies. We are seeking a self-motivated person with strong collaboration skills and the passion to apply their technical expertise to help address drug development challenges and enhance a world-class clinical trials informatics platform. In this role, you will work in cross-functional product teams to design and build web-based applications that directly impact drug development teams, clinical trial investigators, and ultimately, patients.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with .Net/C# and React
Expert React and C#/.NET Core skills in developing high volume, low latency services
Expert in Microservices, Micro frontends, BFF, APIs, Event Driven architecture design and implementation
Strong expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js
Understanding of relational databases and SQL
Strong understanding of design for security, scalability, performance, and reliability
Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience in communicating with product management and technical teams to collect requirements, and describe software product features and technical designs
Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure
Basic understanding and experience with container technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)
Preferred experience with life science and/or healthcare related data
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication
Your Responsibilities:
Design and architect microservices-based systems and modern front-end applications using React
Collaborate closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive rapid, iterative product improvements
Provide technical leadership in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and best practices to advance software products, enabling the transition to cloud-native architectures through containerization and modern React and .NET platforms
Drive a culture of engineering excellence, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across user experience, code quality, processes, and tooling
Partner with product teams to contribute to product vision, technical design, estimations, and roadmap planning
Identify and propose effective technology solutions to address complex business challenges
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software development through standards enforcement, peer review, and automation
Mentor and guide junior engineers in design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of software solutions
