NetSuite Administrator / ERP Consultant $$$$

We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator / Consultant to support and expand enterprise ERP capabilities. In this role, you will configure and optimize NetSuite for complex business processes, work closely with corporate clients, and translate operational needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure NetSuite: roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards
  • Support business processes across inventory, supply chain, order-to-cash, and sales cycles
  • Work directly with clients: gather requirements, map processes, propose system improvements
  • Implement integrations and manage data: CSV imports, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, data migrations, reporting
  • Extend the platform using SuiteScript (JavaScript) and SuiteFlow for automation and customizations
  • Own production releases: testing, documentation, monitoring, and post-release support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reporting
  • Experience with integrations and data management
  • Client-facing experience and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Understanding of inventory, order management, and supply chain processes
  • English โ€” Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Retail or Fashion environments
  • Background in NetSuite development, analytics, or building data pipelines around ERP systems
  • Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBundler, or third-party integration tools
