Summary

We are hiring a Senior SRE Specialist to manage deployments and keep our platform running smoothly across Azure and on‑premise environments. You will work directly with customers during live troubleshooting, own operational stability, and deliver targeted improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage deployments across Azure and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain production systems at scale to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to and resolve customer support tickets and join live troubleshooting sessions.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, container workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver ad hoc fixes and infrastructure improvements.
• Document operational procedures and contribute to runbooks and incident postmortems.

Requirements and Nice‑to‑Have

Required

• Senior level: 5+ years of relevant experience (ideally 7–8 years).
• Strong C# programming skills and solid software architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with production systems at scale.
• Direct customer‑facing experience for high‑level troubleshooting.
• Azure experience (must have some Azure exposure).
• Container knowledge: Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD experience and familiarity with pipeline automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
   

Preferred / Nice‑to‑have

• Strong AWS background acceptable if accompanied by Azure experience.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple pipeline technologies and infrastructure as code.
