Senior General QA Engineer $$$$

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of software requirements and to provide early feedback on quality-related aspects
• Participate in Product and Architectural Design Reviews and create test plans accordingly 
• Develop and maintain test plans, and test cases and exiting Automated tests based on product requirements and specifications
• Lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management
• Ensure the highest test coverage to meet the quality gate
• Manage and support the release processes
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC and the role of QA in each phase
• Profound understanding of test design techniques and Test coverage assessment
• Profound understanding of Client-Server architecture and QA best practices and tools
• 5+ years of experience in QA
• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation (Typescript or Java/Kotlin)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Understanding Git and Git commands
• Very good verbal and written English level
• A proactive, self-sufficient team player with a methodological approach and a strong sense of ownership, capable of delivering creative solutions through excellent interpersonal skills

 Great Advantage:

• Experienced with Non-Functional tests such as Performance, Load, and Stress tests
• Experienced with Shift Left Testing methodology
