Middle Full-Stack Developer (AI focused) $$$$

We are looking for a Middle AI-Enabled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on our flagship products.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features across frontend and backend
• Build and maintain scalable architectures
• Implement AI-driven workflows using LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Gemini, Claude) and review generated code for quality
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability in production
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in a remote environment
   

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote teams
• Experience working with modern web architectures and scalable systems
• Interest in practical applications of AI in software development
   

Frontend Requirements

• Solid proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2020+), alongside semantic HTML5 and CSS3 with accessibility best practices
• Deep experience with React 18+ (hooks, performance optimization) and React Router
• Experience with Next.js 14+ and modern React patterns (App Router, Server Components) is a strong plus
• State management (MobX, Zustand, or similar) and form handling (Formik + Yup or equivalent)
• Proficiency in CSS methodologies (SCSS/Sass, BEM, Tailwind, or shadcn/ui)
• Experience with REST API integration, client-side storage, and internationalization (i18next)
• Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Cypress for E2E
   

Backend Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one of: PHP 8.2+ with Symfony 7.x (PSR standards) or Node.js with modern frameworks
• Experience designing RESTful APIs using patterns such as DTO, Repository, and Factory with Dependency Injection
• Solid experience with Postgres and/or MySQL, ORMs (Doctrine DBAL/ORM or equivalent), and caching (Redis)
• Expertise in authentication and security mechanisms including JWT, MFA/2FA, and session management
• CI/CD automation and infrastructure awareness (edge functions, Supabase, or similar platforms)
• Writing automated tests (PHPUnit, Codeception, or equivalent backend testing frameworks)
   

AI & LLM Skills

• Experience integrating and evaluating AI/LLM APIs for prompt engineering and conversation management
• Proficiency using AI coding assistants to accelerate development while maintaining quality
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and architectural fit
