Middle/Senior Full stack Engineer (Node.js+React) $$$$

We are building a platform that helps hospitals safely use AI to analyze medical images - X-rays, CT, and MRI scans. Our mission: help doctors detect diseases faster and more accurately by making AI reliable and trustworthy.

We’re creating a small, high-impact engineering team where every engineer owns their work from idea to production and leverages AI tools to accelerate development. This is your chance to shape how AI and engineering work together from day one.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js (Express, APIs)
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js or React in production applications
• Experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD workflows
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications in production environments
• Comfortable working in small teams or startup environments with high ownership
• Daily, active use of AI development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python/FastAPI for AI/ML services
• Familiarity with medical imaging standards (DICOM, HL7) or PACS systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, secret management, and dependency scanning
• Experience with on-premise deployments in restricted networks (e.g., hospitals)

Will Be a Plus:

• Understanding of AI inference pipelines and model serving
• Previous work in regulated environments or healthcare software

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features across the platform (backend, frontend, ML integration)
• Deploy and manage applications in production, including hospital on-premise systems
• Integrate AI models into real-world workflows and help teams use AI tools for development
• Define engineering standards, testing strategies, and best practices for the team
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure automation
