Sales Team Lead $$$

We’re a fast-growing digital agency working in the influencer and adult marketing space, primarily focused on the U.S. market. As we continue scaling and building structured processes, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead to manage and develop our chat management team.

This role is focused on team performance, quality control, and process optimization — you won’t be directly involved in sales, but you’ll play a key role in ensuring the team delivers strong results.
 

🛠 What you’ll be doing

Leading and managing a team of chat managers
Monitoring and improving chat quality and communication standards
Analyzing team performance and identifying areas for growth
Providing feedback, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
Ensuring adherence to internal processes and guidelines
Collaborating with other departments to improve workflows and results
Tracking KPIs and reporting on team performance
 

👤 What we’re looking for

English level B2 or higher (strong written communication)
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to analyze performance and provide actionable feedback
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of the crypto industry is required
Responsible, results-oriented mindset

👉 Experience in sales or chat management is a strong plus
