AI Transformation Lead $$$

We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead who will take ownership of redesigning how our company operates using AI.
We believe that many existing workflows should be fundamentally redesigned around AI, not just optimized.
Our organization has strong marketing and business execution scale and an established development team. We see a massive opportunity to reduce manual work, accelerate execution, and rethink core workflows through AI.
This role is about driving real transformation - not just implementing tools.
You will identify high-impact opportunities, design new AI-driven ways of working, implement solutions, and help teams adopt a new AI-first mindset.
This is a hands-on leadership role with company-wide influence.
 
What you will own

• Company AI transformation roadmap
• Identification and prioritization of high-impact AI opportunities
• Redesign of key business and operational processes using AI
• Introduction of AI-first execution practices across teams
• Implementation and orchestration of AI solutions and workflows
• Measurement of efficiency gains and business impact
• Building internal AI capabilities and adoption culture
• Establishing scalable frameworks for AI usage and experimentation

• Deeply analyze marketing, business, and development workflows
• Identify areas where manual work can be automated, augmented, or fully redesigned using AI
• Build business cases and validate expected ROI of AI initiatives
• Design and launch AI assistants, agent workflows, and internal AI tools
• Orchestrate integrations between AI systems and existing platforms (CRM, internal tools, collaboration systems)
• Introduce new execution models that leverage AI for faster decision-making and delivery
• Train teams and leaders to work effectively with AI
• Drive mindset shift toward AI-native ways of working
• Run rapid experiments and scale successful AI implementations
• Continuously monitor the AI landscape and introduce impactful innovations

• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in real operational environments
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes and identify leverage points
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives or transformation projects
• Hands-on experience designing AI workflows, internal tools, or AI-enabled products
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern AI tooling ecosystem
• Systems thinking and strong business judgment
• Ability to move from ambiguity to structured execution
• Builder mindset with high ownership and autonomy

• Experience building AI agents or internal AI platforms
• Experience improving execution speed and productivity through technology
• Basic programming skills (Python or similar)
• Experience working with LLM APIs
