Senior Payments Manager/Head of Payments $$

BigD is seeking a talented Senior Payments Manager/Head of Payments to join our dynamic team. BigD is an iGaming operator (top brand). Responsibilities:
 

• End-to-end ownership of payment performance (approval rate, conversion, rejections)
• Managing relationships with existing PSPs and local providers
• Optimising payment flows to reduce friction and improve conversion rates
• Handling reconciliations and payment reporting
• Onboarding new payment providers (including compliance processes)
• Analysis of local payment solutions (LATAM and other markets)
• Launching initiatives to reduce the cost of payments
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure processing stability
• Handling chargebacks and risk mitigation
• Participating in resolving escalations and improving the customer experience
   

Requirements:
 

• 3–5+ years’ experience in payments iGaming vertical
• In-depth understanding of global payment systems and local market specifics
• Experience working with the LATAM market
• Strong knowledge of AML / KYC / Compliance / Risk
• Data-driven mindset + strong analytical skills
• Experience working with Excel / Tableau / BI tools
• Hands-on experience in resolving complex payment cases.
