Senior DevOps Engineer (AdTech / Highload) $$$$

We are a product-driven AdTech company working with large-scale traffic and monetization systems.

We build and operate high-performance infrastructure for traffic processing, tracking, and real-time analytics, handling significant volumes of data across global markets.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure, ensure system stability, and support the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high availability and stability of production systems (uptime, reliability)
• Optimize system performance and latency, especially in traffic routing and request handling
• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure to support growing traffic volumes
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Manage load balancing, caching, and traffic distribution
• Handle incident response and troubleshoot production issues
• Improve infrastructure automation and deployment processes
• Work closely with developers on system architecture and performance improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure roles (Senior level preferred)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with Kubernetes (or similar orchestration tools)
• Strong understanding of high-load systems, performance optimization, and low-latency architectures
• Experience with Nginx, load balancing, and traffic routing
• Experience with Redis or similar caching systems
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Experience with logging and debugging production systems
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech / affiliate / traffic systems
• Experience with real-time systems and high-frequency traffic
• Experience with queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Experience optimizing systems for performance and cost
