We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the systems behind a high-performing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and process excellence.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimize sales processes across the full funnel (lead management, pipeline, forecasting)
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across CRM and sales tools
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable solutions
  • Define and develop KPIs, forecasting models, and budgeting frameworks
  • Ensure high standards of CRM data accuracy and hygiene
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (HubSpot, automation, enrichment, etc.)
  • Automate repetitive workflows to improve sales team efficiency
  • Provide actionable insights on sales performance, productivity, and trends
  • Support commission tracking and partner with Finance on payouts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Monitor and improve lead flow, conversion rates, and sales productivity
  • Identify gaps in rep performance data and optimize workflows accordingly
  • Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, playbooks, workflows)
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and AI-driven sales technologies

🧩 Requirements:

Must-have:

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on CRM experience
  • Experience with data hygiene, system integrations, and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in: HubSpot, Google Sheets / Excel, Notion, Zapier / N8N, other modern AI/productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
  • Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable solutions
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills in remote, cross-functional teams
  • Intermediate+ English

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth startup environments
  • Understanding of sales planning (segmentation, quotas, ramp, capacity)
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar sales methodologies
  • Interest in AI tools and automation

🎁 What we offer:

  • Opportunity to directly impact revenue and shape the company’s sales engine
  • Fast feedback loops — see results of your work in days, not months
  • Work with a modern sales stack (HubSpot, Reply, Clay, APIs)
  • High ownership and freedom to improve systems and processes
  • Close collaboration with leadership and go-to-market teams
  • 100% remote work with minimal meetings and zero bureaucracy
  • Coverage of professional courses, gym memberships, or therapy sessions
  • AI-first culture — we actively use advanced AI tools and cover premium software costs
  • 15 paid vacation days, 🇺🇦 national holidays & ~10 days of Christmas vacation
  • Sick leaves without limitations
  • Access to internal training, literature, and knowledge sessions

If you’re excited about building efficient systems, working with data, and driving real impact on revenue — we’d love to hear from you!
