Embedded Systems and Firmware Design Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems & Firmware Design who is ready to develop intelligent hardware for complex technological solutions—from stabilization platforms to modern UAVs. Your role will combine in-depth microcontroller programming with system architecture design.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing software architecture for embedded systems (UAVs, stabilization systems, power controllers).
- Selecting components, sensors, and interfaces; debugging prototypes using test and measurement equipment.
- Writing fault-tolerant code for mass-market products, performing refactoring, and supporting firmware throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Coordinating data exchange protocols within the system, participating in sprint planning and requirements gathering alongside the QA department.
Preparing supporting design and technical documentation and algorithm descriptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; at least 2 years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in C/C++, experience working with MCUs in STM32CubeIDE, IAR, or Keil environments.
- Experience with RTOS, understanding of modular architecture, energy efficiency principles, and interrupt handling.
- In-depth understanding of UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and GPIO.
- Experience working in a Linux environment and proficiency with Git.
English proficiency sufficient to work comfortably with technical documentation.
The following would be an additional advantage:
- Skills in Altium Designer and knowledge of circuit design.
- Experience in digital signal processing (DSP) or working with radio transceivers.
Ability to create PC application software for device diagnostics and configuration.
