Customer is one of the biggest companies on the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices that strives to provide their clients with high-quality products and services.

This position collaborates with a geographically diverse team to develop, deliver, and maintain systems for digital subscription and transactional products across the Customer’ SVOD portfolio.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in IT sphere  (SRE/OPS/TechSupport/DevOps/Engineering)
  • 2+ years in Python experince (v3.11+)
  • Experience with AWS Lambda
  • Experience with Microservices
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to automate work processes (tech part – observability, routine tasks, etc.


Will be a plus:

  • Experience in SRE
  • Node.JS
  • Expereince with Quality of Experience (QoE) or Quality of Service (QoS) metrics


Job responsibilities:

  • Use SRE basics: reliability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fixes/workarounds
  • Be a person to contribute within SRE team in the company, develop and integrate processes, work closely with multiple teams
  • Build automation on AWS Lambda (Python 3.11+ / Node.js 20+) and micro services (Flask / FastAPI)
  • Create AI/Agentic automation (Copilot-style) for huge workflows including using local LLMs
  • Write scripts and services in Python and Node.js for SRE tasks (tune and configure existing SRE tasks)
  • Be ready to automate and improve/create from scratch new workflows for efficient monitoring/troubleshooting
  • Work with high-load systems and process/parse data for automation
