Product Designer

🎨 Product Designer 
We’re looking for a Product Designer to take full ownership of design at H&F — from visual identity to user experience across web and mobile🚀

This is the first design hire in the team. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape, validate, and scale product solutions with real business impact. 💡 You’ll have the opportunity to influence not only product UX but also brand presence, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns.

Why this role is important
Right now, we don’t have enough design capacity to move at the speed we need. This role will directly impact how fast we validate hypotheses, improve UX, design marketing assets, and ship product improvements. ⚡

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design (web + mobile)
• Define and evolve UX and visual direction
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and marketing
• Turn ideas into testable solutions for product and marketing
• Help build a scalable design system

What we’re looking for

• Strong product thinking and UX skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience with web and mobile products
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to have

• Experience as a first/solo designer
• Experience working with product teams and experiments
• Experience creating marketing materials and campaigns
