Business Development / Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join our fast-growing international FinTech project. You will be responsible for expanding business, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FinTech.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
