Business Development / Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join our fast-growing international FinTech project. You will be responsible for expanding business, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FinTech.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
