Account Manager (with Business Trips to Prague)

About the Role:

Limestone Digital is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own long-term relationships with international clients and drive account growth. You will act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding business goals, shaping delivery approaches together with delivery leads, and ensuring consistent value delivery. 

We need a leader who can take the wheel, build the strategy, and execute it autonomously. This role combines client consulting, commercial ownership, and delivery leadership, with a strong focus on trust-based, long-term partnerships.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of strong experience in account management, consulting, or client services leadership in digital/software services
  • Background in both account management and project/delivery management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy in a dynamic, unstructured environment, building processes from scratch
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and distributed delivery teams
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell, renewals)
  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable owning a margin and an account economics
  • Mandatory experience running Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions independently
  • Ability to manage expectations, drive escalations when needed, and prevent overpromising
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English (full professional proficiency)
  • Experience working in international, multicultural environments
  • Availability for business trips to Prague, approximately once every two months
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience creating templates/playbooks for client engagement, escalation, and account growth
     

What you will do:

Client management & growth:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, priorities, budget cycles, and decision-making structure
  • Build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain structured communication through regular calls, business reviews, and written follow-ups
  • Independently design and run Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic sessions
  • Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by aligning our services with the client's long-term business roadmap
  • Monitor satisfaction and gather both structured and informal feedback.
     

Delivery partnership:

  • Maintain a clear, informed view of all active projects within your accounts
  • Ensure transparent communication between clients and delivery teams
  • Represent the client’s perspective internally and Limestone Digital’s perspective externally
  • Identify risks early and coordinate resolutions with delivery leadership, Commercial & operational ownership
  • Own account economics: revenue, margin, forecasting, invoicing, and payment collection (with Finance)
  • Draft/review/manage client documentation: MSAs, SOWs, change requests, proposals
  • Coordinate with client procurement teams on purchase orders and commercial processes
  • Ensure contract-to-delivery clarity and operational professionalism across Engagements
