Senior Test Automation Engineer with AI Agents experience

We’re looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer capable of establishing a test automation framework from scratch, documenting it, and creating automated test suites for various purposes.

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCITING CHALLENGES

• Be main responsible for test automation within the project
• Design test automation solution architecture and define approach for test automation
• Evaluate and select test automation tools
• Estimate and plan test automation activities
• Create automated test suites (APIs, integrations, web portals) and setup continuous test execution
• Use agentic AI tools in daily work
• Perform bug tracking and reporting
• Prepare documentation
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Work closely with Test Lead and distributed engineering team in an Agile environment
   

🎯 WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience within Software Testing, at least 3 of them within Test Automation
• Experience of creating test automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience with modern TA toolset (Playwright or similar)
• Programming with JavaScript/TypeScript, knowledge of OOP concepts, ability to design and master reusable code components
• Hands-on experience with API and integration test automation
• Experience with web applications test automation
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions
• Experience with agentic test automation (preferably using Claude Code)
• Experience of testing integrations with 3rd party systems (ideally - ERPs)
• Deep understanding of core testing processes and QA practices
• Experience in test planning and estimation
• Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify product requirements and clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Previous experience in a distributed, cross-cultural agile/lean team

• 🇬🇧 English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level
