ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer

We are exploring and expanding our ServiceNow practice and are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer to join upcoming projects with our partners and clients.

This role combines hands-on development with consulting responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations
• Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation processes
• Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (we’re open to mid and senior profiles)
• Hands-on experience with at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server is a plus)
• Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMDB / CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Knowledge of cloud automation or event management
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
• Basic knowledge of databases, networking, or cloud platforms
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Any ServiceNow Certification (CIS, CAD, etc.)
• ITIL Foundation
