The client is currently undergoing a major transformation initiative and is relying heavily on Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence). 

What are they looking for?

The project is still in the planning phase and not yet finalized. Therefore, the client is seeking concrete proposals to help identify potential cost savings from outsourcing and present them to the executive board.

Technology stack: Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)
 

Scope:

Confluence: approx. 15,000 active users

Jira: approx. 7,000 active users

Correspondingly high ticket volume at the third level

Mandatory requirements:

Atlassian certification (Atlassian Certified)

Willingness to undergo a security clearance (due to the nature of the client’s business)
