Junior Sales Manager

Part-Time | Half-Days + 1 Weekend Day Preferred

Campusboard is a UK-based student accommodation platform operating across the UK, Europe, and Australia. Students come to us when they are actively looking to book — we guide them to the right option and manage the booking journey end-to-end.

Who We Are

We are growing and looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Sales Manager to join our team. This is an inbound, performance-driven role. No cold outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have a strong understanding of sales processes.

The Role

You will manage incoming student enquiries and turn interest into confirmed bookings.

This includes:

  • Handling high-volume inbound leads (chat-first, occasional calls)
  • Qualifying students and understanding their needs quickly
  • Shortlisting suitable accommodation options
  • Following up consistently (minimum 3 attempts before closing a lead)
  • Updating CRM accurately and consistently
  • Coordinating with property partners to ensure smooth bookings
  • Driving revenue through structured follow-up and guidance

You will manage 30–50 active conversations per day.

This role requires speed, structure, and strong written English.

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On

You will be measured on:

  • Revenue assisted
  • Leads qualified per day
  • Conversion rate to closed deals
  • Follow-up discipline

This role suits someone who enjoys targets and understands that sales is a numbers game.

Compensation

  • Base salary: 600 EUR
  • Commission: 2%–10% based on monthly revenue
  • Realistic monthly earnings: 800 EUR – 1,200+ EUR (full-time)

Commission is uncapped. Performance directly impacts income.

Schedule

  • Half-days on weekdays
  • Half-day on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday preferred long-term)
  • Fixed 9 AM – 6 PM UK time window (your shift will fall within this)

Weekend availability is important because student activity increases significantly.

What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent English (C1 level – written and spoken)
  • Fast typing (slow typing will not work in this role)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High personal accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously without losing structure
  • Comfort working with targets and measurable KPIs
  • Proactive mindset — we will not micromanage

Without these, you will struggle.

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in sales, administrative tasks, booking, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Commercial mindset
  • Experience working with international clients

Who This Is Not For

This role is not suitable if:

  • You need constant supervision
  • You avoid targets or performance metrics
  • You struggle with organisation
  • You dislike structured follow-up
  • You want a low-pressure, “easy” remote job

Growth Path

This is a stepping stone to Senior Sales Manager.

High performers gradually take ownership of larger revenue targets.

We promote based on results, not tenure.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote role (Europe-based)
  • Transparent compensation in EUR
  • International exposure (UK, EU, US, Australia markets)
  • Clear performance expectations
  • Reasonable number of paid sick days

Interview Process

  1. Interview with Head of Sales
  2. Interview with CEO
  3. Offer

If you’re organised, proactive, and results-oriented — please apply.

If you’re looking for something casual or temporary, this likely won’t be the right fit.
