Web UI/UX Designer to $600

We are looking for a Web Designer to join our remote team.

You will work on website designs and redesigns, logos, banners, and other visual assets. We need someone proactive — who researches, proposes solutions, and takes initiative, not just executes tasks. You will communicate directly with clients and work closely with our development team.

Please note: Part of our work involves projects in the adult industry. We value transparency, so we want to be upfront about this from the start.

Location: Remote (Outsourced)

Necessary skills:

• Proficiency in Figma — experience at least 1 year
• Strong UI/UX skills: wireframing, prototyping, user flows
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, logos, banners, and marketing visuals
• Ability to conduct design research and propose creative solutions independently
• Effective communication in English for client meetings and team collaboration
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with motion graphics or UI animations
• Experience designing for video streaming or video-focused websites

Responsibilities:

• Design new websites and landing pages from scratch, as well as redesigns of existing ones
• Create logos, banners, and graphic assets for web and marketing use
• Build wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Conduct visual and UX research, propose and present design solutions
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and align on direction
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in projects managed through Jira
• Log working hours accurately using a time tracker
