Trainee / Junior Developer (Vibe Coding) to $700

The Vibe: 

We are not a standard corporate dev shop. We run a fast-growing English tech YouTube channel (60,000+ subs) focused on AI, SaaS, and tech trends. We don’t just talk about AI; we test it, ship it. 
 

We are looking for an Junior Dev who loves "vibe coding," lives on tech Twitter (X), and gets a kick out of turning new AI models into working prototypes before anyone else even understands them. If you want to build perfect enterprise architecture, this isn't for you. If you want to build fast, break things, and see your tech experiments showcased to a massive audience then keep reading.

You're part developer, part researcher, part content brain.

What You'll Actually Do:

• AI Trend Hunting: Monitor YouTube, X & HuggingFace for the latest AI trends, tools, and open-source models (like OpenClaw, Qwen, Claude Code, Cursor AI, Local LLMs, Hugging Face models, etc.).
• Rapid R&D & Prototyping: Deploy local models, quickly spin up web apps (Next.js) or mobile MVPs (React Native), connect APIs, and set up basic databases. You figure out the architecture and security on the fly to make it work.
• Vibe Coding: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to write code at lightspeed. We care about a working MVP, speed of execution, and a cool result; not pixel-perfect, not ideal architecture.
• Product Packaging for Content: Turn your R&D experiments into a video format. You'll build the tech, record a raw screencast of how it works, and help extract the "hook" and the story for the upcoming YouTube video.

Who You Are:

• You are deeply curious about how AI works and are always looking for ways to plug it into new, weird, or highly practical use cases.
• You consume tech and AI content on YouTube and X daily. You know what hooks an audience.
• You can figure out anything. If you don't know React Native or how to deploy a specific backend, your first instinct is to ask Claude/ChatGPT and build a working version with Cursor AI in hours/days
• You understand that the end goal is a fascinating video story and a working prototype, not just lines of code.

Your Toolkit (We expect you to learn fast, but you should know your way around):

• AI Coding: Cursor AI, Claude Code (Plugins for Vibe Coding) 
• Stack: Next.js, Node.js/Python, NestJS, React Native (or willingness to figure it out fast), REST API. 
• DBs & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Vercel, AWS, Supabase, ability to run models locally.
