Head of QA

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of QA Engineer to drive the evolution of our quality assurance function across 35+ teams. Building on a solid foundation of testing practices and quality culture, you will scale processes, advance automation, and lead a strong QA organization to the next level. This role combines strategic leadership, technical excellence, and organizational impact β ensuring quality at speed in a high-load, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
βοΈ Lead and evolve the overall QA strategy across 35+ teams, encompassing all levels (unit, integration and end-to-end).
βοΈ Hands-on experience in building automation infrastructure
βοΈ Promote automation-first approaches while optimizing manual testing.
βοΈ Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
βοΈ Manage and mentor a group of QA Managers, each overseeing multiple product streams.
βοΈ Develop QA leadership talent: engineers, leads, and managers.
βοΈ Drive structured incident reviews and translate findings into strategy improvements.
βοΈ Define and monitor quality metrics (coverage, defect density, release quality, execution speed).
βοΈ Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.

Requirements:
βοΈ 6+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ people.
βοΈ Proven experience in building and scaling QA organizations: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management.
βοΈ Strong expertise in test automation: tool selection, framework setup, pipeline management.
βοΈ Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated testing integration.
βοΈ Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases.
βοΈ Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach to QA performance.
βοΈ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
βοΈ English β Upper-Intermediate+.
