The Gamzix team is growing, and we’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager (Mid/Mid+) who will take ownership of building and developing the learning culture in the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating learning systems from the ground up, working closely with teams and leadership, and combining strategic thinking with hands-on training delivery.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the L&D direction, launch development programs, and scale learning processes as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Learning & Development function within the company
- Conduct intro sessions about the iGaming industry for the employees
- Design and run structured onboarding and adaptation programs
- Partner with team leads and managers to identify learning needs and skill gaps
- Build and maintain a company-wide learning roadmap aligned with business goals
- Organize and facilitate internal training sessions and workshops (e.g., NDA, compliance, internal processes, knowledge sharing)
- Launch and manage learning initiatives with internal experts and cross-team knowledge sharing
- Research, select, and coordinate external training providers (sales, management, leadership, soft skills, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of the company’s learning infrastructure (LMS / knowledge base / internal learning platforms)
- Plan and manage L&D budgets, while also designing impactful low-cost learning initiatives
- Develop training materials, learning paths, and development programs
- Measure learning effectiveness and impact (feedback, engagement, performance improvements)
- Act as a learning partner for managers, helping them develop their teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or People Development roles in iGaming
- Experience building or scaling learning programs, onboarding, or internal academies
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
- Experience conducting needs analysis and translating it into learning solutions
- Experience working with external training vendors and educational providers
- Understanding of modern L&D practices and frameworks (learning journeys, blended learning, capability development)
- Experience working with learning budgets and prioritizing development initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to own and drive learning initiatives independently
