• On-premise AD Environment assessment & dependency mapping
• Pre-Migration Environment Assessment & Inventory Report
• Network Infrastructure & topology assessment report
• Target architecture & topology design document

Department/Project Description

Following a strategic international acquisition, a leading global SaaS provider is initiating a comprehensive IT infrastructure modernization program to integrate a newly acquired entity’s legacy environment into its global cloud-native framework. The project’s primary objective is to architect and execute a high-stakes migration from a legacy Microsoft Exchange environment to a modernized, scalable, and secure infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. The engagement begins with a critical discovery phase focused on auditing the "As-Is" state, defining a "To-Be" Azure architecture, and developing a migration roadmap and Proof of Concept (PoC) to ensure a seamless transition with zero business disruption.
