PIN-UP Global Responds Quickly

Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of development experience with 1C:Enterprise
  • Strong knowledge of the following configurations:

     1C:Accounting

     1C:Payroll and HR Management (ZUP)

  • Solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations
  • Confident knowledge of payroll calculation, personal income tax, social contributions, and statutory reporting
  • Experience in automating financial processes (budgeting, treasury, management accounting)

     

Will be plus:

  • Experience in holding or multi-entity automation projects
  • Knowledge of IFRS or management reporting
  • Experience with 1C:Document Management
  • 1C certifications

     

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with accountants, HR specialists, and finance teams
  • Capability to gather and clarify requirements independently
  • Responsibility for results and strong attention to accounting details
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems (bank clients, EDI providers, HR systems, other)
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the 1C:Enterprise
  • Customize and support 1C:Accounting and 1C:Payroll & HR Management (ZUP) configurations
  • Automate financial processes including budgeting, treasury, and management accounting (where applicable)

 

Our stack:

  • Strong programming skills in the 1C built-in language
  • Experience developing:

    Managed forms

    Complex reports and data processors

    Data integrations (XML, JSON, web services, HTTP, REST APIs)

    Strong knowledge of the Data Composition System (DCS)

  • Experience with performance optimization and understanding of client-server architecture
  • Experience working with configuration extensions
  • Experience integrating with external systems (bank clients, EDI systems, HR platforms)
