๐ฏ Role Overview
As a Compliance Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for supporting compliance processes related to player verification, refunds, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Customer Support, Payments, and Anti-Fraud teams, you will ensure that player-related cases are handled properly and in accordance with AML policies, internal procedures, and industry standards.
You will contribute to maintaining transparent and compliant operations, supporting player communication in complex cases, and helping develop internal processes that ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
โ๏ธ Your Tasks:
- Support Customer Support team in handling player inquiries related to personal data, verification, complaints, and refund requests;
- Analyze and assess refund eligibility, assisting Customer Support in preparing responses to players, including disputed or conflict situations;
- Process requests from PSPs and banks, including the collection and verification of player KYC documentation;
- Update and maintain AML policies, Terms & Conditions, and Payment policies;
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal compliance procedures;
- Ensure proper case handling and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Support teams to collect and verify player-related information and resolve operational cases.
๐ค Our Criteria:
- Experience in the gambling industry or working with PSPs is required;
- Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken);
- Ability to respond promptly to requests and manage player-related issues efficiently, including conflict situations;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and coordinate case resolution;
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze situations and find practical solutions rather than following rules mechanically;
- Legal background will be considered a strong advantage.
