Software .NET Developer with Frontend

MAF is a global adtech company focused on performance app marketing. Since 2012, we’ve been building products that help users discover relevant offers while enabling advertisers and publishers to grow revenue.

Our core products include loyalty & rewards apps and a monetization SDK used by partners worldwide.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our core team and work on a high-load, event-driven platform.

You’ll be involved not only in development but also in architecture decisions, system improvements, and scaling challenges.

What you’ll be working on

• Building and improving backend services and APIs (.NET)
• Developing scalable features for a high-load system
• Working with event-driven architecture and data pipelines
• Collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Design teams
• Taking features from idea to production
• Improving performance, reliability, and system scalability
• Contributing to architecture and technical decisions

• Mentoring engineers and participating in code reviews

   

 Tech environment

• Backend: C#, .NET
• Frontend: TypeScript (Lit)
• Cloud: Google Cloud + Azure
• Data: BigQuery, Bigtable

• Architecture: cloud-native, event-driven system

   

 What we expect

• 3+ years of commercial experience
• Strong skills in C# / Java (or similar)
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL + NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code

•  English (B2+)

• Experience in adtech / performance marketing
• Frontend experience (React / Angular / Vue)
• Microservices & event-driven systems
• CI/CD and testing practices
• Interest in AI / LLM systems
